We've come a long way, baby. Since we finished the house (Fernhaven), we have not needed to go up every available weekend as we had for the last 6 months. We miss it! But there is still work to do.

This weekend, it was just Mike in Frankfort. Maintenance of things was his goal, including gutter, garage, and preparing for winter's eventual arrival. Of course, he decided to go above and beyond, and started to paint the newly rebuilt side porch. Though we still need to complete the painting on the stair risers, thought it would be cool to show some progression of the side elevation from when we bought the property to today.
